A visionary in audio innovation, Layla leads with a deep belief that technological advancement should always empower people. Her advocacy for accessible sound has shaped Al Fann’s direction since its founding. Raised in Dubai, Layla grew up enthralled by music, design, and the cultures of the Emirates. Under her leadership, Al Fann has become a beacon for purpose-driven entrepreneurship. In her free time, she mentors young women in STEM and enjoys Arabic poetry readings.
